The idea of UVARO was born in a small home… with a father who loves the natural taste and sweetness of fruit, and a mother who cares about how to preserve it and its nutritional value
From this blend of taste and care, the family developed a passion for dried fruits as a natural extension of this interest — a way to preserve the fruit’s deliciousness, flavor, and nutritional value, but with a practical and luxurious touch that lasts.
This vision grew until the children turned it into a comprehensive project after years of traveling, researching, studying, and tasting in farms around the world, and contracting with farms and factories that adhere to strict production standards supervised by international bodies such as GlobalG.A.P., which promotes good agricultural practices, alongside specialized regulatory authorities that ensure food safety and quality throughout the stages of production, drying, and packaging.
This is how UVARO was born: a family project with sincere roots and a global vision.
We don’t just sell dried fruits; we offer a complete experience that blends fine taste, nutritional awareness, and care in every detail — from the soil where the fruit grew, to the way it’s picked and dried, then stored, until it reaches you.
We import our fruits from farms specialized in producing fruits specifically for drying, not from market surpluses or fruits that have lost their freshness.
We ensure that the fruits are harvested at their peak ripeness, from farms that fully understand that rushing the harvest directly affects the flavor.
One of the reasons dried fruits lack flavor is harvesting the fruit prematurely. As for us, we only select those picked at the perfect time, when sweetness is complete and the flavor is born… because the fruit’s deliciousness begins at the moment of harvest, not after drying.
We understand that every fruit has the soil it loves and the climate in which it should properly ripen — so we import each variety from the country best suited for its cultivation, ensuring the best taste, appearance, and size.
